Ample parking, quiet location, easy access from highway. Excellent restaurant, variety in complimentary breakfast. Recent renovations, attractive hotel. Excellent, stable wifi connection. Friendly staff, good English communication.
All good.

The breakfast was great. Room was clean
Very difficult to find due to construction on the roads in the area causing a detour from our printed directions. Have to get more than one room if traveling with family--2 to a room. Price was expensive for off season and the type of room offered when compared to American standards.

They held my reservation even though we arrived very late. Also held the breakfast items out so we could eat later than your hours specified

Had a lovely city break at this hotel! the breakfast was amazing, they offer a variety of fresh fruits and juices, eggs on request, and delicious baked goods. the rooms are spotless and the pool is refreshing. Also appreciated the friendly staff and comfortable beds.
The location of the hotel isn't ideal, there wasn't much to do in the immediate area and it was noisy at night with street noise. the in-room Wi-Fi wasn't reliable, so don't count on streaming your favorite shows.

The set up as a whole, location was adequate, pool was nice although not clean enough and no long chairs for sunbathing, nice restaurant
They need to clean the pool and add long chairs around it

Comfortable clean rooms. Low spacious building s - as opposed to high rise block. Located near the Pan American highway in an up market suburb. Mar Andino is a good stopping off point for visiting the vinyards, which we did. I would stay at Mar Andino again, but avoid the town itself.
Surface of Pool needed to be cleaned. Water looked clean, but surface full of bugs and debris. Most staff friendly and helpful, but one dealing with our check-out, was extremely slow and pedantic(this had nothing to do with language as his english was good), Hotel in a better part of Rancagua. The town its self is industrial, rather dirty and poorly maintained. Not a good advert for Chile.

Spent New Year’s Eve here and we had a blast! The rooftop party was amazing, with a view of the city’s fireworks. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, offering us complimentary champagne and snacks. The room was clean and comfy, with a big TV and WiFi access. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh fruits, toast, and eggs prepared on demand.
The location was not the best for sightseeing, as most of the tourist spots were outside the city. The noise from the street and neighboring rooms was sometimes bothersome.
